| - I called the store and asked the operator to connect me with BMW sales. I was connected to Jason Neppel. I explained to him that I was interested in a 1200 GSA, but I would like to test drive one first as I had no experience with this bike to date. Jason checked stock only to find that he just had 3 GSA's come in, but none had been built up yet and he did not have any on the floor. He said that he would alert the service dept to get one prepped up for me. A few days later, we spoke again, the bike was ready to test. I went to the store on 3/14/13 hoping to see the bike and to drive it. When I got to the store, everything was ready to go and after completing the prerequisite paperwork, I was off for a test drive in their back test lot. Jason offered to let me take her on a neighborhood drive, but I decided to stay in their big lot instead as that was more comfortable for me at this time. Before I drove it, Jason spent a good amount of time going thru the bike with me, showing me all of the controls and the other options that they order from the factory for their GSA's. He was very knowledgable on the bike and I appreciated that. Since I was interested in the Triple Black model and the one that the mechanics built was a red one, Jason took me to the storage basement and showed me the Triple Black in the crate (we opened it to peek inside). Once back int he shop, I started asking about various panier options and Jason introduced me to the parts person, who was very helpful and explained the various bag options that I can get ont he bike thru GOAZ. All around, I was extremely satisfied with the shopping experience that I had at GOAZ, and expecially with Jason N. He is an asset to that company. I did not purchase a bike that day and I am still in the preliminary stages of this purchase experience, but if I do make up my mind to purchase a BMW (new or used) from GOAZ, I will be contacting Jason for sure.
