  • Awful, terrible experience. I spent nearly 4 months and in the end I never got the clothes I ordered. If you are not a perfect size 6 or 8, I urge you NOT to do business with Tom James. After being jerked around for so long they then told me I'd have to track down my own credit card refund. Unbelievably bad customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!!
