I've been here a few times for their happy hour. They have a good HH menu selection and the dishes are good, although I'll pass on their flatbread pizza. The wine by the glass is reasonably priced as are some of their bottles. I also had their namesake, blue martini drink, although I don't recall it being particularly good.
This place is more where the locals hang out as it is not on the strip. It tends to be busy here, but I've managed to find a table every time. The music is also loud, so it's not the ideal place to be if you're looking to have some enlightening conversations. Dress is casual, but of course, this is Vegas, and some people like to dress up to go out.
