  • This experience was horrible. I will never go back, I need to go somewhere else to fix this. I asked for gel and the tech told me the powder dip was better type of gel. Not knowing any better I said ok. Later I learned that it's not anything like gel. He cut me multiple times and I told him he was hurting me and just continued. Before starting my pedicure, I asked him not to cut or touch one of my toes because I am trying to fix an ingrown toe nail. As I was talking to my friend he cut it, and when I said I asked you not to cut it he said it's just a hanging nail. Again, I asked for one thing and the he did not listen. I hope this doesn't make it worst. After spending way more money than I wanted, I need to go somewhere else to go get it fix. Very disappointed.
