  • My dog has multiple chronic issues that require frequent visit to the vet (routine checkup every 6 months at the minimum). I switched from another animal hospital located in Unionville which I have been a long-time customer to Green Lane 3 years ago and I'm very happy to say that I've make the right choice. The primary reason why I decided to switch was that the previous animal hospital has grown over and they hired a lot of technicians to help out. I found that the vets were always busy and I ended up spending more time discussing my concerns with the technician than getting face time with the vet. In contrast, Dr. Tara Sermer and her staff members genuinely care for the well-being of my dog above anything else, and the cost of the service is actualy cheaper than the previous animal hospital. I like the fact that Dr. Sermer spends time to listen and understand your concerns and will take as much time as required to make sure you understand the situation and procedures involve. She also always tries to find the most cost effective way to treat my dog. Green Lane Animal Hospital truly surpresses my expectations.
