I needed a good breakfast place to take my folks when they were in town - one that's not too pricey, so I settled on Flying Biscuit early on a Sunday hoping we'd miss the line.
We showed up at 9am and were easily able to get a table for 6. I ordered the French Toast however, and it was ... different. When I imagine French Toast, I think big, fluffy, flavorful bread with some hints of cinnamon, maybe some nutmeg. The French Toast that I got was soggy wheat bread with some delicious raspberry glaze over it - which was the saving grace. Without the raspberry sauce, I would have been a very unhappy camper.
When we left around 10am, there was a long line and they won't sit you unless your entire party is there. I'm not sure that I'll be back anytime soon - too many other breakfast/brunch places to try.
