rev:text	Empire motors 6415 S. Tenaya ste #105 Las Vegas Nevada 89113 105 Bad business Warning ..didn't keep their word...ugh .I made a car deal for my son...I was told car was smogged and ready ... NEVER RECEIVED THE VEHICLE... only to find out after signing paperwork and paying 3,300 that it was not...smogged.. .they took the car off property to some mechanic on Boulder highway and Fremont... we know about cars lots in that area is bad news... Now they said motor mount needs repair crack was found.....hmm mm Now they were suppose to call me about this car, the next morning at 9am it was agreed that they needed 1 more day... Ok....day 2 car would be ready part came late...ok..I'm still cool and waiting... never once has anyone caled l me ...day 2 still ..now ..I went to the shop 4 times that day never saw the car again didn't receive no calls from no one...called to speak to Carrie the boss or owner no call...back... I went back to Empire motors she's on the phone with another unsatisfied customer... Well I cancelled the deal this woman said why...REALLY CARRIE ..SO A MAN THERE SAYS REFUND HER.. WELL THE CAR WAS ON ITS WAY CALL THEM AND TAKE IT BACK TO SHOP.... OK ...YOU ARE SELLING CARS??? IF IT'S READY ...WHY TAKE IT BACK TO THE SHOP..??? ..LIARS Now I've been waiting 2 days for my 3,300 dollars to be refunded to me...because SHE CLAIMS ..SHE NEVER HAD TO REFUND NO ONE BEFORE...HMM MM ONE MORE DAY AND WELLS FARGO WILL PURSUE MY CLAIM NO STARS WARNING ...this site is making me give them a star to post...but they DO NOT DESERVE A STAR Well to follow up fairly on this incident..I'm must say I received my refund on day 4...so all well now..ended well went to ford and bought son a different car ... same day after they didn't live up to there word...Good luck
