The four stars are for the homemade silky sweet tofu ($2.25) and for their steamed taro cake (not as dry and tastier than the pan fried style). I also recommend their white beef tripe (if you like that sort of dish).
The other steam dishes (dumplings, rice noodle rolls, and lotus leaf sticky rice were satisfactory with prices to match. At least they don't overcharge you for what you get.
They have their own large parking lot behind the restaurant.
