Poor customer service. Lack of communication. I missed ran late to a presentation this morning because they didn't know how to operate a business. I had to find the quickest rideshare available after calling 4 times for a previously confirmed reservation.
I'll no longer be trusting Enterprise and for travel and it appears I'm going to need to waste even more of my time on the phone to clear up incorrect billing.
I was one of several upset customers as I left to hop in my Lyft, despite their previously discussed return policy.
If you do decide to stick with this company do yourself a favor and go with another location.
