  • There is a big difference between ice cream in Europe & North America as the receipts used are different. There are occasional attempts in the US & Canada to introduce European recipes (with milk) with various success. Village Ice Cream, a small Calgary based company has tried & the results are outstanding. Although the selection is limited, the waffle cone which is prepared as you wait - is amazing. The simple elegant decore & friendly staff is additional reason for the great success.
