  • DO NOT TRUST THEM. Premier has taken over for the Cleveland laser spa. Do yourself a favor and read the BBB complaints before letting this place con you out of thousands of dollars. BBB rating is an F. I believe their trick is to get all of your money up front, file bankruptcy, reopen the doors under a new name and not honor past contracts. They have literally stolen thousands of dollars from many many people. When I was going there treatments were subpar at best. Constant revolving door of rude, arrogant, employees including the "Doctor" and high pressure sales tactics trying to get you to spend thousands more before they even finished what you had already paid for. I honestly wish I had never walked into this place. It's a shame that a business like this is allowed to steal their clients hard earned money and not have any consequences at all. STAY AWAY
