  • Outstanding work. They were the FIFTH AC company I called. The first one-made me replace some starter -after they left and temperatures rose last summer-my AC blew warm air. The second company said 'new motor'-very expensive and after they left and temperatures rose last summer-my AC blew warm air. The third company said 'new thermostat'-another expense and after they left and temperatures rose last summer -my AC blew warm air. The fourth company tried to sell me an entire new unit-very expensive and I would not do this. My Handyman recommended Terry and his company. I couldn't be happier. Terry kept me updated via text for the techs arrival. The tech immediately diagnosed the problem-the mother board was faulty. He showed me the blown parts-went and got the new board -which he showed to me. He installed the board and also fixed the horrible wiring that the prior AC company left-for literally 1/3 of the costs of all the awful prior AC company's. I recommend highly.
