  • IF I COULD PUT ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD !!! This company has the WORST customer service EVER! I mean, really with so many people taking to social media to post reviews about companies, you would think companies would get a clue. NOT THIS COMPANY! I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned a week ago, they told me between 9-10 today. 9:07 am I called to check what time they would be there, they said we are coming from S. Gilbert we'll be there within the hour. 9:55 am I call back, they are at POWER RD and something, I am in Central Scottsdale !!! I took the morning off for these clowns!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!
