| - I'm not sure what the procedure is for fixing meals, but I was a little put off by my visit this evening. I've never ordered at Chipotle before, so I wasn't sure what to do... the menu was totally completely different from anything I've ordered before and honestly, I was a little confused. I just needed a little kindness and warmth and frankly a little help! The restaurant was loud and busy, and everyone was rushing rushing, which I don't have an issue with. Although no-one was verbally rude to me, actions speak louder than words. The first girl was nice and after trying to tell her what veggies, etc. I wanted on my tacos (I ordered three flour and a kids meal), she kindly said, "I'm sorry ma'am, I just put on the meat and rice. Just let 'them' (other assembly workers) know what other stuff you'd like on your tacos." as she pointed to the rest of the assembly. I was fine w/that and thanked her. I moved down to assembly girl #2, who asked what my son wanted on his build-your-own tacos... We told her, and then before I am able to tell her what I'd like on mine, she grabs the bowl of a customer w/her daughter who are standing beside me on my right. I was not afforded an opportunity to complete my order. Assembly girl #2 hands this other customer's bowl to Assembly girl #3, and b/c it's so noisy, all three (Assembly girls #2 & #3, and the customer) are now talking over me, with the customer now shouting behind me so that they can hear each other. I came very close to walking out at that point, but my son wanted Chipotle. Then, after putting her items on her bowl that she requested, they put her bowl next to my son's food order in front of the other part of my order. I'm standing there staring at Assembly girls #2 and #3, and Assembly girl #2 glances at me (she looked me in the eye), then turns her back to me to see what is going on in the kitchen. Now, the lady that was standing in line next to me is in front of me paying for her order, and I have to tell the poor confused cashier that this lady's bowl is not a part of my son's order, since Assembly girls #2 and #3 failed to do so. Girl three taps girl two on the shoulder and asks who the tacos belong to Girl #2 turns around and points to me (again looking me in the eye), whispers something to her, and walks away. I don't recall saying anything rude, or if I smelled funny, or what the issue was. Did I not order fast enough? Was it too long to make three tacos instead of a bowl? I then go to pay for my meal, and the poor cashier is confused again b/c they've butted another customer's food against my completed order. I usually try not to let things get to me, but boy did I feel unwelcome! If you have a larger order (which I only ordered a kid's meal and three tacos), they put another customer's in front of yours? I asked Chipotle online to relay their policies to me, so that I do not to make the same "mistake" again. I got home and the food was pretty good, but b/c of the customer service, or lack thereof, it will probably be awhile before I spend $15 on two people. I did mention something to the cashier as I left.
