  • This is a No Frills that is in close proximity to Seneca's Newnham campus. It operates under the Loblaws corporation and serves as the lower tier store in their empire. Let's start with the bad up front. The parking lot is a disaster situated in Skymark plaza. Nobody knows how to drive properly and I'm always fearful my car will be hit while shopping. The inside of the No Frills is not very clean but is the same as other No Frills in Toronto. The prices are good and comparable to Food Basics and Price Chopper. Whenever there is a good deal, there is almost nothing left as people rush to hoard as much as possible and No Frills rarely if ever replenishes the stock. The lineups to pay are awful and the cashiers hate their jobs. I'm friendly with a few and they absolutely hate the management and working there. There is no joy in their work so it's hard for them to be cheerful for customers. Which is fine. No fault of theirs. Good prices, bad parking, adequate selection and a slow checkout process. 2.5 / 5
