  • I am a bit overdue in writing this revue, but better late than never. I have been a client at Senza Pelo for over a year and truly love this place. I have had services from Stephanie, Venessa, April, and Tasha. I started seeing Stephanie for electrolysis after a botched laser hair removal experience at company that does a lot of advertising on TV and the internet. My jawline and neck were burned by the laser and I was left with some very prominent hypo pigmentation. When I had a consultation with Stephanie, I was impressed with her depth of knowledge and her honesty. She told me it would take 12-18 months and visits approximately every 2 weeks that would taper off toward the end. It is now 14 months later, and she was spot-on. I saw Venessa for permanent make-up, and April & Tasha for Botox- I had the same positive experience with all of them. Everyone is very honest and and clear about what my individual results could be, allowed me time to ask a lot of questions, and never tried to up-sell me on products. I appreciate being greeted by Robyn at the front desk and love to chat with her when she's not busy. The business owner, Maria, is a true professional and everyone at Senza Pelo is dedicated to their community. This is a family owned, small business, and I appreciate all the hard work these folks put into making it a good experience.
