  • I booked a spa date for my mother, brother + sister in law. We were happy about the deal that was offered, buy one and get one half off- which enticed us to add a massage on top of our facial That was originally booked. The atmosphere is great, all the employees are extremely welcoming and smile to greet you. You are directed upstairs on the elevator to get into the change room in which you are given both a robe and a pair of flip flops to change into. You are also given a "schedule" of your spa day and what room # and floor # you are to be at so there are no confusions. The women's change room was nice and clean, and looked pretty modern with a hot tub inside. My mom, brother, and sister in law really loved their massage. Mine was only okay, I had a super sore back, but my masseuse wasn't able to take out the kinks like my usual masseuse. It was relaxing, but wasn't effective. The facial I got was amazing, I really felt and saw results after my facial. We also were provided with the water therapy's, which was very nice. There are chairs where you can just sit back and relax, a steam room, a hot tub + a pool. We appreciated that everything was super clean. even the showers had the"Moroccan oil" brand shampoo + conditioner! There were also free detox water + apples to enjoy in the water therapy floor. Overall everything was up to standards to a spa experience, the atmosphere and staff were welcoming and warm + went above an beyond. The massage that I received was relaxing but sub-par. I would like to try what other spas in Toronto have to offer but I'm sure I'll be back
