  • Cashier does not seem to know anything about their promotions. I asked if I get a free drink as posted on the ad because my birthday is soon. She said no. Then she said 7 days to sign up to get it. I go on the website, there's nowhere to sign up. I asked the cashier to show me how to sign up. She does not know. Asked the manager, manager said to sign up on computer. Seems like nobody know how the birthday rewards work? But I read on the website saying it is 7 days before the birthdate.
