  • This place needs to be shut down. Came in on a saturday for blood work it took 3 hours i was 4th in line. Really 3 hours?? Also went in for a check up practitioner joe was very cold never introduce himself to me very unprofessional and not friendly. Joe is probably at forte since his own clinic business failed.(i wonder why?) To top it off quest diagnostics lost my blood work and Forte insisted i come in anyways to give me my results they said nothing urgent to me over the phone on my blood work they just want to see me to go over my results. Really how are you planning to do this since quest diagnostics lost my blood work? Forte lied to me over the phone and wanted me to come in to collect a co-payment. I confronted them about this and they finally admitted they did not have my results. I was promised a follow up call that never took place. Front desk staff are all awful talking about their personal lives out loud and being disrespectful to a few elderly people that i witnessed while waiting in the waiting area. Good bye forte going elsewhere now
