  • I have eaten here in the past, but after the service today we will be sure to never return!!! We placed an order to be delivered at 12 to our school with well over an hour before hand. Not only did our meals not show up until 12:45, even better was the horribly rude man on the phone when I called to check on our order. He said all he would do was give me a $10 credit and he didn't know what to tell me, granted we ordered $100 worth of food, they were busy and the food is gone. He was so rude and kept snapping at me. His name was Brad, so I will be sure to contact the General Manager as well!!! This was a meal for 7 different teachers and we only have about 20 minutes to eat. So thanks for that Mac Shack!
