  • I visited this location today with my beagle puppy in search for some quality dog food. I was there at around 6pm. I was the only customer in this tiny store. Not one person greeted me or offered assistance. There was a manager and two salespersons on the floor. I walked around the entire store, passing these individuals several times and was never acknowledged. So I left that store and went to Petsmart on IKEA blvd., where I was greeted upon entering the store and offered assistance by every single staff member I passed. Petsmart is where I will be spending my time and money.
