  • A/C went out and after calling the usual 24/7 suspects at 8a during Labor Day weekend (George Brazil/Parker&Sons), GB could only promise to be here before 6p and P&S literally could only guarantee they'd be here before midnight. Penguin guaranteed to be here within 3 hours and the technician was here in 2. Jevonte really turned what could have been a stressful scenario into a great customer service experience! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us great preventive maintenance advice to ensure it doesn't happen again (compressor overheated). We loved the service call so much, we signed up for the annual maintenance plan ($210 per year, maintenance/tune-up every 6 months, $99 service call fees waived if any issues day or night, and 20% off any repairs). Jevonte didn't make it feel like an upsell at all and we now have something priceless, peace of mind when it comes to both our units. Thank you guys so much for helping us when our home warranty couldn't get anyone out for two business days! You helped make it a no-brainer to drop the home warranty next year. Couldn't recommend Penguin enough!
