I would give negative stars if I could. Had centurylink for a year now and while the service isn't the greatest it was cheaper than cox that I was paying for under the "promotion" deal that they promised wouldn't expire. Of course, that was a lie. The bill went from $94 a month to $165. I called to cancel the cable portion of my service and they were quick to cut that off after few days. However, I received my bill for next month with the cable service still attached. I called back and the lady was like "well you definitely still has cable" I told her I definitely don't (while I stood in front of my TV staring at the blank screen on every channel). She then redirect me to someone else who mumbles to herself saying "oh they cancelled your cancellation for some reason" and told me if I decide to stay with them she can waive the fee. But since I still want to cancel she said she couldn't waive the fee but she will back date to when I originally request the cancellation. She told me to check back in a few days to give the system to reflect for the new bill so I did...few days later, my account is now reflecting a payment of $195.... WTF!!!!
