| - By far by far my favorite hotel in Vegas. Ive stayed mostly in Venetian, Bellagio, and Aria. Decided to give this hotel a chance. Im glad I did. I've always had the impression as Vegas being so crowded and just over populated. This hotel totally delivered and totally a game changer in every possible way. From the decor, organizations, cleanliness, pools, and most importantly staff and service. Encore definitely knows how to make their guest feel at home. We were greeted by this genuine and charismatic front desk Nina who made us feel comfortable right away. She was very helpful,knowledgeable and funny. She gave us the different "expecations" of room placement according to the floors. So no surprises with views etc. Which we really appreciate. We got to our room and its exactly what she have mentioned. Lets talk about the room. Clean, classic , and contemporary with touch of modern technology and edgy look. Spacious and everything you need is there. Were here for birthday celebration and we got back to our room later that night with a little birthday gift box. Of course from our friend Nina from the front desk.
Next up pool. Love love the pool as it has intimate and boutique feel unlike this crazy massive pool in other hotels and can be filled up with so much people. We got there Saturday early am to get good tanning bed spots. Later that day the term "busy" is not shoulder to shoulder annoying experience. Definitely has quality control. Certainly a plus. Lets talk about service : EVERY little detail that we needed, encore has it and any issues they have promptly responded in the right time. Even housekeeping are all friendly here which is foreign in this type of large hotels. We got back to our room that night and the turned down service made you feel like you are at a resort. The housekeeping did a good job and was very detailed cleaning the room. We had to made sure to make a phone call to let them know how happy we are with the service and of course leave a tip. Veronica B is the name of our housekeeper. :) Stayed in 19th floor. Overall experience was well executed and Encore definitely changed my view and perception about Vegas. Also my first time, not leaving the hotel at all through out my stay. Thank you Encore for a great experience. Please keep this up!!!!! Will definitely come back here. Recommend to my friends and family. the only last thing is I wished I couldve gotten some benefits from the Red card. Didnt know the benefits only good during your current stay.
