  • I live in a multi level condominium downtown Toronto. The heating and a/c is provided by a closed water loop system. My HVAC unit was over heating all the time in the summer causing the a/c to cut out and it was not heating in the winter. I changed the HVAC unit because I was told it was broken, however I continued to have problems. 4 companies in, they have finally solved the problem. The 4th company came in, they knew what they were doing. They finally identified that it was a building problem, the water system was corrupted with debris and sediment. If I knew this earlier I would have saved thousands of dollars. On top of this, the last time Brady and Seidner came, Arnie called to get my building manager's number as he knew that issues that I had were normally paid for by the condo corporation. My problem was fixed and I did not pay for it. I highly recommend them!!!
