There are 2 towers (Luna di Lusso is the newer/contemporary design one, but across the bridge and thus, across the "town"). It is a shared rental/owner property, so you get a parking pass for the underground lot where the owners park. The Luna di Lusso rooms are spectacular -- very clean/modern/urban living design. However, the rest of the property is on its way downhill: the adjacent casino is permanently closed, the "town" is almost completely empty and feels like a ghost town, and the bridge joining the towers is dirty/smelly. The lake itself is also dirty/smelly with lots of small bugs -- definitely did not make us want to try out the jetskis or kayaks. :( We also stayed at the Westin at Lake Las Vegas on this trip, which was so much better. Overall, it is about a 15 min drive to the strip and pretty far away.
