I work nearby and I love a good brewery so I swung by on a Saturday afternoon to check it out. It's tucked back in an office park, which I found unusual but also pretty cool. Their is one large taproom with lots of tables (some picnic-style, some long hi-tops, some regular, low four-tops), some arcade type games (foosball and air hockey I think), a cabinet with lots of board games, and of course the bar. Their is also an interior glass wall that allows you to look into the brew room.
They had about eight different beers on tap as well as a couple of ciders. I had the De'Rye'Ta Rye IPA. Nothing special, just a good quality beer. Their pints are reasonably priced at $5.50, and they also offer flights and smaller beer sizes. They have a few TVs located throughout the place so you can catch some sports and whatnot. I did not go to their outdoor area, but I did see a LOT of people outside when I arrived. They have a schedule on their website with all of the food trucks that come as well.
Only thing I did not like was that it was VERY loud in there. A big open room with concrete floors and nothing to absorb the sound. Definitely would not stop me from returning though. Glad to see the local craft brew phenomenon is spreading out from Charlotte!
