  • Zip code 85020 Location 7th Street and north of Hatcher. The postal service is the worse I have ever seen. Last Sept, my daughter sent me my birthday card with my birthday check and mailed in from Ashland Ohio on Sept 10, my birthday is Sept 18, did not received and until Sept 30 and that was only after inquiring about it since the 25. Now I have been expecting an item that was mailed on March 25, 2017, it is now Mar 30. The item has a tracking number that shows the date and time it left Cobb Island MD and no other information. I have tried calling which is a joke, I was told there would be 1/2 hr wait so I gave them my phone number, when I went to answer the phone on the second ring the robo caller hung up, then I tried to call them back, then I went through the same ol craps about another 1/2 hr. I tried calling the local station in PX AZ 85020 and the phone rang for 5 minutes no answer and then disconnected. ARE THERE ANY POSTAL EMPLOYEES STILL ALIVE AT THE POST OFFICE. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE POST OFFICE AT THIS POINT. It seems between the post office and the utilities you can expect nothing for which you spend hours to get nothing. TO GIVE A ONE STAR IS OVER RATING.
