  • Staff is absolutely awful. The manager was rude to me as soon as I walked in and I saw her being even more rude to another customer, almost in a demeaning tone. No one there seems to have any knowledge of animals, leading to some of them being in inappropriate enclosures. The animals are treated very poorly. This place should be shut down. If I could give it any lower stars, I would.
