  • If I could give zero stars I would! I hired them to do a job. The lady told me that they would show up at 3:30 pm. I call her at 3:41 to ask her where the guys were. She said they were coming at 4:30 and that they are sitting in traffic to get to me. How does 4:30 become 3:30? Anyways, I said because traffic will now be horrible due to them coming an hour later that I"ll have to reschedule for tomorrow as I will not be paying them $90 an hour to sit in traffic if they put my things on a their truck when they got there as it was going into rush hour. I call the next day and make an appointment. The lady calls me back two hours later saying that because I cancelled yesterday (even though they changed the time without letting me know) that they will not be coming to help me move my stuff. I had already made other plans based off the notion that they would be doing my move and am very pissed off at their unprofessionalism. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company, there are much better and cheaper alternatives out there.
