I thought I received bad customer service due to going 30 minutes before closing last night; but seeing other reviews I guess that wasn't the case.
I went in looking for an international USB charger to charge my electronics. Will be out of the country for 3 weeks and I have no clue where to start! After walking around the cell phone accessories and even making eye contact with one "blue shirt" guy I had to go find someone. He showed me what I should get and walked away, thanks. Hope I'm not SOL when I get where I'm going if it's not compatible with the countries I'm going to - definitely researching this product tonight (only have 15 days for a return, and I leave in 10).
I then went to the digital cameras and 2-3 workers were walking around and not one asked if they could help me.
Met up with my friend who was looking for ink and the same thing! No one asked if they could help! What gives!?
Only person I do have to give kudos to is Peggy; she was at the register and rang up our products twice for optimal savings - once to see what the price would be for price match and the other with our 15% discount for rewards members....price match was cheaper. The other cashier was on her phone...
