rev:text	This is ZERO stars but 1 was the lowest option. This company has been gaffing us to the tune of $300 a month for a long time. Phone, internet and TV. I finally looked at this and said my God, this is a damn car payment!! Had my wife call them and they said they could get it down to $197 a month. So then we called DirecTV and they gave us a package with TV and internet for $104 a month and free installation. Just had it installed today and it is awesome. We have one main box, and four that are wireless connected to the main box and can be moved anywhere in the house! The internet connection works great and does everything Cox internet did. So I take all the equipment down to the Cox Solutions store front by my house and drop it off. They tell me my wife needs to cancel the service since account is under her name. I get home, tell her to call, she does and now all of a sudden they can provide the $300 service for $80!!!! Too late fools, DirecTV already installed! So now you basically tell me what I have been paying 300 for can be provided for 80????? So we ask for a refund for all the months we have been ripped off but NO, they can't do that. There is an issue in this country with a simple thing called transparency. Many companies I have dealt with lack it as well as a thing called integrity. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COX! They will get in your house then rob you blind. Kinda like a home invasion robbery. COX, YOU CAN KISS MY DIRECTV DISH!!!
