  • I've lived here since Nov 2013 right before the new management took over. The place was so nice, the grounds were impeccable .Ever since this new management its a mess, 1st they wont pick up your packages, they made us sign up for this stupid delivery system and the mailing personal is supposed to drop your packages into the box with a code. Well that hasn't happened to me even thou I signed up for it FedEx wasn't even aware that we had this delivery system.. The grounds are dirty, there are dust, spider webs all over the walls and stairs nobody has cleaned them. The grass is missing on a lot of the apartmend instead we get to look @ the red clay instead of the lawn. We've complained many times and they said their maintenance is going to be looking @ it. .The internet never works everytime I go to use the computers they say Comporium Is working on it... They had to close the swimming pool the same day it got reopened due to failed testing...They make you pay for their "door to door" trash service $25/mo and the guy is too lazy to walk to the 3rd fl because he misses my trash all the time.. The grills never work, always smthing wrong with them.. In my unit people keep moving in/out. There is only1 couple that have been there for over 2 years the rest are less than 6 month and 2 have already moved out @ the end of 6 mo
