  • Just a week in, but I absolutely love this place! We got a steal for a fully renovated apartment and it's amazing. Our backyard is El Dorado Park, which we've utilized in excess in just the one week we've been here. Promotes such an active lifestyle. The apartments are tucked into a neighborhood, so it's quiet; but at the end of the street is the Scottsdale Police Department, so we feel very safe. Dawn and Angela are awesome! Our previous management just left us feeling very negative and like we were a burden; but from day one of touring Dawn was patient, quick to address concerns, and gave us a second tour with our parents with equally as much patience and enthusiasm. And Angela was so helpful and easy-going during the lease/moving in process. We feel like we can go to them with anything and be helped quickly and efficiently. Oh, and Jensen in maintenance is awesome! We didn't know if a lock we bought would fit so he came to consult less than an hour later. The one and only con I can think of is the parking - very limited extra spots aside from assigned spaces :/ But that's an uncontrollable that you just adjust to! Overall, we feel very safe, taken care of, and excited to have found this place!! We look forward to our time here!!
