1.5* rounded up, because after failing to get an appointment online - their system was down - and over the phone (fiasco!) we were able to obtain the Stat blood work Scott's Cardiologist had ordered by showing up in person. It was relatively empty during our visit, maybe because of the computer glitch?
The wait room was OK, there's a kiosk where you sign in, so I'm not even sure why they have any front desk staff there: it certainly isn't to answer the phones! Scott was called back within a reasonable amount of time, and the Phlebotomist did a good job with the stick.
They kind of have us by the balls, because his insurance requires his labs to go through Sonora Quest, or we have to pay out-of-pocket. I'd prefer my balls in the hands of a company that seems to care about their patients. This feels like a factory. It's also a factory where you cannot be open carrying: cue the asshats squawking about their 2Am rights...
