I saw Edgepark Medical Supplies from my pregnancy app called Ovia. I thought maybe they could help me get my insurance covered breast pumps, i went to their website and saw that my insurance covers the Spectra S2 Plus breast pumps so i said "heck yeah sign me up", a representative called me within a week since i entered the wrong policy number, i gave it to her then i thought that was it. My OB (during my visit) verified that he already signed a prescription for the pumps and i should have it soon, but then i remembered we just moved so i called Edgepark to verify my mailing address. I talked to someone named Candace and instead of verifying my address first, she told me they need more information from me since my request was placed as pending or something from the insurance company, i told her what my OB told me and she just assumed and told me "Well you're not supposed to be ordering from a different company at the same time" I said "Hello??! i only used Edgepark" She should not jump into ridiculous conclusions like that it pisses me off. Anyways after dealing with her and verified my correct mailing address, i received my breast pumps within a week.
Customer service may suck depending on who you talk to over the phone but my goal is to get my pumps and now i'm a happy camper. These pumps are not cheap the regular price is around $365 and it might cost around $250 from Groupon. Thank goodness Tricare Prime covers this brand. :-)
