  • I came to this shop because my steering wheel was shaking. My repair shop told me that my steering wheel was shaking due to a tire imbalance. So I took my car to Discount Tire since I only buy tires here. They balanced and rotated my tires for no charge. Once I hopped back on the freeway, my steering wheel was fine but then my dashboard and hood of my car started shaking worst then my steering wheel. So I took my car to my repair shop and they told me it's due to the fact that my rear tire has a bubble and is starting to separate. So I took my car back to this discount tire and when I asked why it wasn't noticed earlier and the repairman just told me it wasn't noticed. I understand it's holiday season, but you could at least do your job. I've had to run around all morning just to get this fixed. I would NOT recommend this shop.
