  • Too cold sitting atmosphere. Inexperienced staff, WORST experience in dining EVER. This was our first couple night out in quite awhile. We were given a generous gift card for a Christmas present,by our daughter s wonderful boyfriend. He had heard us discussing how much we wanted to try this restaurant. We decided to go on a Sunday night. As my husband is in the industry and knew this would be a slower night. We made reservations for dinner. We arrived and were asked was this our first time eating here. We answered yes. We then were left on our own for most of the rest of the night. We thought after salad we would be looking forward a wonderful array of meat. We were left again alone. No meat. We were so hungry , cold. We decided to just leave. When we tried to get our check the worst of our experience awaited. The hostess was confused as to why we were leaving. We explained that we had been sitting for over an hour with no dinner. She was shocked and seemed genuinely upset. She couldn't settle our bill without a manager. They were rude poorly trained and cold care less. We were charged 80 dollars for. " SALAD". No way would I ever recommend this place. I will spread the word as to the terrible customer service. Establishments should try to stop hiring children as managers. I can't imagining charging someone for a terrible experience.
