Once you are actually IN the park, and IF you pay extra for fast passes it is pretty fun. However, the system for entering the park almost always ruins the whole experience. We bought seasons passes this year, which were a great deal. There are no clear signs or direction for what to do if you have season passes. There are multiple lines entering the park for different things with nothing or no one telling you which line is which. We almost waited in a MASSIVE line of people who were just buying their tickets because the line was out basically to the parking lot and just looked like it must have been the line to get in. Luckily one of us ran up to the front to ask where to go if we had season passes and then we bypassed a million line ups. Once at the entrance the finger print machine seems to take forever, a group can sometimes take 2-3 minutes just to hand over their pass and finger print. Why do you need a finger print AND a pass? It seems completely useless. My other big issue with this park is everything is ONLY in French. No English translations anywhere. Even on the back of my seasons pass. Is there info on there I'm suppose to know?? Cause I can't read it. There just seems to be an overall lack of communication at the park. To customers, between employees, on signs...there's just no one or nothing anywhere telling you where to go or what to do or how to do it. The one good thing about that is it seems like no one knows about the fast pass option cause there is usually never a wait to get on a ride if you have one. People in the regular line seem to look at you like "why do you get to pass everyone?" (Lack of communication -do they even know?). Fast pass is definitely worth it. I can't imagine waiting in ride lines after all the waiting getting in to the park...it would be a waste of a day in my opinion. We will continue using our season passes this year and just plan to always take an hour or so getting in and getting settled, but probably won't be coming back next year.
