  • Christian in Sales and Sammy in Finance were great to work with! Now, with that said, it ended there. The Service Staff were completely unorganized and has no idea what customer "service" is. I would think, because the Service Staff is the last to touch a customer and more often than not, the staff to gain frequent repeat business, they would have their team buttoned up...that is not the case. If you're going to buy from Van, make sure you don't need to come back for any kind of service. My rating is purely based on the Service Dept, unfortunately they are the last impression. It's all in how you finish the deal...
