Well after a Yelp post I got an answer to this and a phone call right away. I appreciate the effort that this company made, which is why I will write a follow-up. The problem actually turned out to be a cracked lid that was not allowing the pool pump to fully produce the suction it needed to run the Hayward. So the pool pump was fine. I was however charged another $95 service visit for this discovery and the lid was 50 something. Which, whatever I will pay it, it's fixed and running which is all I wanted in the first place.
