  • First, I went from store to store to store looking for a vanity. Each place I went to would tell me that they didn't have any. They wouldn't even take the time to see if one can be ordered. I walked into Mega Furniture and Keith offered to help us. He went through the computer with me until we found what I was looking for. He was so helpful and did a great job in making sure that I would have this in 5 to 10 business days. I ordered it on December 8th and called on December 17th to follow up. I was informed by the store receptionist that the item will not be there until after Christmas, when I said that is not what I was told, she said all well can't help you. I asked for the corporate number. I then spoke to Marianna and Susanah in Customer Care and I was continually told that no managers were in and there was not one single higher up person there. I said that I wanted to speak to some manager and I was then put on hold for over 2 hours and 30 minutes. At the time, my husband spoke to someone named Myra who said that the vanity will be there on the 22nd. When I finally got to the warehouse, Julie said that it would be there on the 20th. I spoke to Susanah again and she said that no one was telling the truth and it won't be here until MAYBE the 23rd. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me that he was in a meeting and couldn't be interrupted. I called the warehouse again and asked Julie to speak to Ray the manager and he told me that he was there since 7 am that morning, which means that Marianna lied to me about no manager being in. I finally spoke to Malick, the customer care manager and he said that they are trying to get it in on the 22nd. What upsets me the most is the customer care and being lied to. I kept getting interrupted and treated badly by the corporate office. I am hoping they keep their word and if they do, I will change my rating.
