rev:text	Don't know about the happy hour, went here for dinner. Very good seafood. The escargot was one of the two best I've had in Phoenix. The Mahi Mahi crusted with coconut was done to perfection. The shrimp in a spicy pomodoro sauce was delicious as well. The service was very good. I had heard this was a romantic spot, and I wouldn't agree with that. It was very crowded, and still we got very good service. Centrally located, it's a bit on the pricy side, with ala carte dinners from the $20 - $50 range.
