  • Requested Roger to Flush my Tankless Hot Water Heater , as it is my understanding from other knowledgeable people including Silverstate that maintenance is Key to the Life of your unit 20-25 years! Manufactures Warranty Requires it to replace unit should it need be. Roger was outstanding Instructor , educator on my unit and very patient showing me how to properly Flush the unit. Very educational I never dealt with one of these units before. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roger @ Silverstate Plumbing. JM.
