Called Legacy when my landlord's maintenance company was giving us the runaround. My air had gone out Friday night. After not hearing from the other company all weekend, my landlord told me to call someone myself and they would take care of it. I called Legacy around midday. They gave me a window of 3-7pm. This usually means closer to 7 for most companies (I'm talking to you, cable!) but Greg showed up at about 3:45 and was done quickly. He diagnosed the problem to be the thermostat and had a replacement in his truck. By 4:30, he was gone. I am now sitting in my air conditioned home once again and am very happy with this service. I will happily recommend them and Greg the technician, who was not afraid of my dog!
