  • The ambiance was very nice. The lighting was perfect, music was at a great level and the decor was fitting. There's plenty of towels, deodorant, hair spray, lotion, q-tips, sponges and make removers. Clean locker rooms, showers, vanity's, sauna, waiting area, toilet and sinks. Cold drinks also available. I was handed a robe and slippers and given a quick tour of the facility. My greeter made sure to let me know times of closing, what I needed to do and what was available to me with my massage. Here's where the four stars come in. First every time I looked up one of the staff members seemed to be following me. I know weird... I felt like they were trying to keep busy waiting for me to dirty something or drop a towel. Maybe this place is over staffed? It made me feel very uncomfortable. Even after I finished my massage the two of them were everywhere I turned.. Second my massage. Omg her fingers were popping/cracking. So annoying! She was either applying too much pressure or not enough. When she started with my feet she was doing who knows what? It was a waste. I could have used those minutes on another body part. She just wasn't able to use a consistent pressure and she was using her for arms most of the time!!! Maybe she's new or she has carpal tunnel? Or maybe she's almost retired and over it? It was not a good massage... My appointment was on Saturday 6/23.
