  • We had used KY KO a few years ago when we had one leak and after the rain this past winter we didn't hesitate calling them again after we found another leak.. Our home is over 20 years ago and KY KO advised new roof. They couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be more leaks if they only patched existing roof. We agreed so we bit the bullet and had them re roof and replace any rotting wood and to use new technology materials under our stucco tile. Every person we dealt with was professional, friendly and very efficient.. A+ business. They might cost a bit more than other companies but they have been around a long time and will stand by their work. They completed the work in a very timely manner. We have one follow up issue and they quickly called us and scheduled a time to fix it.
