  • Great Parts department! Parts here are cheaper than most dealerships. Personally I would never bring my car to a dealer for service but I will definitely keep coming back for OEM Parts. update: Parts: Still Great!!! Keep it up! Service: Service so far was good. I have Grant Foster as a Service Advisor. They had damaged my car but took care of everything! Haven't had a problem. He doesn't try to add BS on. Thanks Grant! Sales: Came to Big Two looking for a used 2012 Camry. The sales person was very helpful, she was new. I test drove a 2011 Camry that was scratched up and falling apart... But still "Certified." They kept thinking I didn't have the credit for a car until they checked it. Their entire attitude changed. They wouldn't give me what I wanted for the trade in. I started talking with one of the sales managers, I believe his name was Rusty? All he could say was the price is the price and wouldn't work with it at all... He said they were "losing money" on the deal. So I told him no thanks and left. I don't think I could by a car from them. I wasn't treated well at all.
