  • I have been getting a full face hair removal for a year now. My contract was 18 months, $33 monthly, after deducing my $79 Groupon.At the time I started with simplicity laser, I thought it was a great deal. It is not until now that I've had 12 sessions done and my facial hair is not removed completely, that I realize I will be paying a total of around $670 with minimal results. The service I receive is great, don't get me wrong, the staff is friendly and the place is clean, however, I am not satisfied with the results considering the amount of money I'm spending. Also, if I am paying for full face hair removal, it's a a FULL face, I shouldn't have to tell the laser tech, Everytime, what areas of my face to treat.
