  • I've been here twice. The first time was great and the second time was...not. I was there for a waxing of a very sensitive area. I'm a bigger girl and the aesthetician clearly didn't want to work with me. After 15 minutes of attempting to wax and not getting rid of anything, she basically told me she wasn't going to try anymore. She then went on to say it was just me. I have been waxed many times and am very family with the process. I've never had a problem before going here. Also, the rooms are really hot. I realize they're warming wax in there, but it shouldn't be that uncomfortable. Oh well... the search for a good aesthetician continues.
